      <description>shaved the legs and chest so, you know, game on.  not that anybody cares but i don't use the nair any more.  i use an electric moustache trimmer and take the guard off, running the clippers right against my skin.  not a perfect shave but who needs that on my legs?  ends up being pretty fast and tonight the kiddos both helped me.</description>

      <description>have done nothing in weeks.  took polar's ownindex test and it's still high.  checked blood pressure and i'm still good (even a bit better.)  recorded sleeping heart rate and it's about 5-6 beats higher than expected.</description>
